Spa Policies

Please read the information below to take full advantage of your spa moment.

Spa Arrival
Your time with us is precious. Your treatments begin exactly at your appointed time. Please take full advantage of your visit by coming in 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out the required paperwork, enjoy some refreshments and relax in our beautiful lounge. Late arrivals may result in a modification of services in order to honor the next scheduled appointment. Renu is a cell phone free zone.  Please keep yours on silent or vibrate.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Renu 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Less than 24 hour notice will be subject to full payment charge for the services.

Gratuities
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Cash or checks only please.

Parking
We have parking available on-site. At times our lot may be full; you’re more than welcome to park on the street or in Rosebud parking lot closest to our building.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for services and product purchases. We apologize for any inconvenience- gratuities cannot be included on the credit card.

Product Returns
We have a 72 hour product return policy. All returns must include a receipt and will be credited to a spa gift card.
